Basic information on the organization of the course

The course is taught in the form 3/1, i.e. three hours of lectures and one hour of classes per week. During the lectures the theory will be exposed following the lecture notes (here). The classes will be devoted to student presentations of selected problems and to illustrative examples. In case of necessity a part of classes may be used as a continuation of lectures.

Since enrollement of foreign students is expected, the course will be probably taught in English.
